Keunggulan Bersaing Kantin Kontainer Dompet Dhuafa Berbasis Resource Based View

Abstract
Kantin Kontainer Dompet Dhuafa FEBI UIN Raden Intan Lampung merupakan unit usaha berbasis pemberdayaan mahasiswa yang beroperasi di lingkungan kampus serta menghadapi persaingan dengan kantin lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pemanfaatan sumber daya internal kantin dalam menciptakan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan berdasarkan perspektif Resource-Based View (RBV) dan analisis VRIO. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya Kantin Kontainer memenuhi seluruh dimensi VRIO. Nilai sumber daya tercermin dari variasi produk yang sesuai preferensi mahasiswa dan lokasi yang strategis. Kelangkaan terlihat melalui menu serta desain ruang makan yang tidak dimiliki kantin lain. Keunggulan yang sulit ditiru muncul dari dukungan kelembagaan dan misi sosial berupa pemberian beasiswa. Selain itu, proses operasional yang terorganisasi melalui sistem manajemen dan evaluasi rutin mendukung optimalisasi sumber daya. Dengan demikian, Kantin Kontainer berpotensi mempertahankan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan di lingkungan kuliner kampus. Penelitian ini juga menekankan pentingnya inovasi menu dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan sebagai strategi adaptif, serta merekomendasikan perluasan objek dan pendekatan pada penelitian selanjutnya.
