Systematic Literature Review: Pengaruh Employee Engagement dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, keberhasilan suatu organisasi tidak hanya bergantung pada kinerja formal, tetapi juga oleh perilaku karyawan yang melakukan pekerjaan dengan kemauan sendiri ini dapat mendukung tujuan organisasi atau Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Dua faktor penting yang memengaruhi munculnya perilaku ini adalah Employee Engagement dan Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara sistematis hubungan antara Employee Engagement dan Job Satisfaction terhadap OCB berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu tahun 2019–2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pedoman Kitchenham (2004) dan Wahono (2015), melalui tiga tahap utama: planning, conducting, dan reporting. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Employee Engagement dan Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap OCB. Karyawan yang lebih terikat dan merasa puas dalam pekerjaannya cenderung memperlihatkan perilaku diluar tugas seperti membantu rekan kerja, loyal terhadap tindakan, dan memiliki inisiatif untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Beberapa penelitian juga menemukan peran mediasi seperti intention to stay dan affective commitment yang memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Secara teoretis, temuan ini mendukung Social Exchange Theory, sedangkan secara praktis memberikan rekomendasi bagi organisasi untuk meningkatkan keterikatan dan kepuasan kerja melalui budaya kerja positif dan sistem penghargaan yang adil.
